Story
M'diq is a small Mediterranean resort town between Martil and Fnideq, built around a protected marina — Marina Smir — that brought yachts, apartment blocks, and a promenade to what was once a quiet fishing village. The Spanish knew it as Rincón, and in summer the families of Tétouan and Tangier fill its beach and ice-cream stands. It is cleaner and more developed than its neighbours, with a calm bay good for swimming and a short corniche that closes the evening walk.
This is for the family beach holiday and the marina stop, not for culture or solitude. It gets crowded in high summer; the shoulder months reward a quieter visit.
