General enquiries, corrections and privacy requests

Include the page URL, the detail that needs correcting and a reliable source where possible. For a photograph, identify the image and explain your rights or attribution concern. Please do not send sensitive documents unless a specific verification step requests them.
Privacy and account requests
Describe the request and, when relevant, the account email. Do not send your password or full payment-card details. We will use proportionate verification before changing or releasing account information.
Tourism services
For an existing reservation, service availability, cancellation or refund, contact the provider identified in your booking. UseMorocco’s trip planner does not create a reservation. Emergency assistance should be requested from the appropriate local emergency service.
