UseMorocco brings Morocco’s places, routes, food and local tourism services into one connected travel resource. These terms explain how to use the website and what to expect from it.

1. Using UseMorocco
These terms apply when you browse, create an account, save an itinerary or contribute to the website. If you do not accept them, do not use account or contribution features. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights continue to apply.
UseMorocco is an independent platform. It is not a government tourism authority. Information on the website does not establish any official affiliation or endorsement.
2. Travel information and planning
Articles, maps, estimated journeys, opening information and seasonal guidance support planning. Conditions can change. Confirm access, prices, operating hours, permits, weather and transport with the responsible provider or authority before travelling.
A saved itinerary is a personal plan, not a reservation. Route calculations do not guarantee road access, terrain suitability or safety. Mountain, desert, water and remote journeys may require qualified local guides, equipment and permits. The website is not an emergency service.
3. Local providers and bookings
Providers are responsible for their own offers, availability, licences, service delivery, prices and cancellation terms. An editorial listing or a claimed profile does not by itself guarantee a provider’s performance. Read the scope of any verification shown on the profile.
Before paying or confirming a service, identify the contracting provider and obtain its written conditions. Unless a checkout expressly identifies UseMorocco as the seller, the service contract is with that provider. Contact and external booking links may take you to a separate website governed by its own terms.
4. Accounts and contributions
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not impersonate others, submit misleading offers, upload unlawful material, probe private accounts or disrupt the service.
Only submit material you have the right to share. You retain your rights and give UseMorocco permission to host, reproduce, format, translate and display your contribution as needed to operate and promote the relevant listing. This does not transfer ownership. Personal data is handled under the privacy policy.
5. Content, photographs and reuse
The UseMorocco identity, design and original editorial work are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party photographs, map data and other material retain their own licences and attribution requirements. A visible image is not automatically available for unrestricted reuse.
You may link to public pages with accurate context. Automated access must respect access controls, robots instructions and reasonable service limits. Do not reproduce the database wholesale, remove required credits or present UseMorocco content as your own without the necessary permission or licence.
6. Optional payments and commercial content
If voluntary support is enabled, the checkout identifies the payment processor, amount and currency before confirmation. A donation or contribution does not reserve a tourism service and is not described as tax-deductible without an explicit legal basis.
Any sponsored placement or affiliate relationship must be identified where it appears. Third-party charges, exchange rates and refunds follow the conditions shown before that transaction; these terms do not replace them.
7. Availability and responsibility
We may update, correct, suspend or remove content and restrict abusive accounts. Where practical, account restrictions will include a reason and a route to request review. Essential maintenance or incidents may interrupt access.
We aim to provide useful, accurate information but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every record is current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, UseMorocco is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on outdated third-party information or services outside its control. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be explained on the website; changes do not retrospectively remove rights that already arose. Your rights under applicable mandatory law and access to competent courts are preserved.
Use the contact page for corrections, rights questions or concerns. Include the relevant page URL and enough detail to investigate, but do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.
