Saffron Festival is a harvest festival recurring series based in Taliouine and connected to Souss-Massa. The event is defined by saffron harvest, cooperatives, tastings, rural products and Siroua cultural programming.

FAO recognises Taliouine's saffron production system as agricultural heritage; this seasonal record translates that into a careful visitor product. During a grower-confirmed harvest window, small groups may observe picking, separation and drying stages selected by the host.
