PK25 is framed as a place to learn conditions before chasing performance. A qualified school begins on land with wind direction, kite-control zones, right-of-way, equipment and rescue arrangements, then chooses a water plan matched to the learner. A non-riding wind-and-lagoon session lets companions understand the sport safely. Multiple schools can claim the shared PK25 subject without cloning the locality into branded destination records.
