The experience
Dakhla Bay is a Ramsar wetland as well as a water-sport destination. This field session starts with a tide chart from a current source, then an authorised guide selects a public observation point to compare flats, channels and wind exposure. Binocular use and distance matter more than a species tally; no roost, nest or rare-bird coordinate is stored. The guide also explains how boats, oyster production and sport share the bay, keeping conservation inside the economic landscape. A sunrise label or guaranteed flamingo sighting is excluded.
