Agadir Biyelmawn International Carnival

About the event

Agadir’s Biyelmawn carnival brings masked performance traditions from Souss-Massa into a programmed city procession with exhibitions, discussion and visiting African troupes. It is related to post-Eid masquerade practices, but the municipal carnival is a specific organized series and should not replace village-level Bilmawen contexts. Travelers need the official road, start time, crowd plan and photography guidance; costumes are living cultural expression, not props for uninvited handling.
