Moroccan Bread Khobz

- flour
- salt
- dry yeast
- warm water
- white sugar
- vegetable oil
Preparation
- 1mix cup flour , salt , yeast and water
- 2you can add teaspoon sugar to activate the yeast effectiveness faster
- 3cover and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes before using it
- 4add the remaining flour and oil
- 5mix and knead , the dough should be firm and smooth
- 6cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes
- 7share this into 8 pieces , roll into a ball and flatten with a roller
- 8preheat your oven to 200c / 400f
- 9set aside until the bread itself inflated
- 10put the bread in the oven for about 20 minutes
