The experience
Tighmert is read through water, shade and family memory rather than as an oasis photo stop. A resident interpreter starts at a public village point, follows permitted lanes and field edges, and explains how channels, palms and built compounds organise daily life. The walk can support a date, bread or tea tasting when ingredients and maker are named. Its strongest feature is conversation at human scale, with photography negotiated and no assumption that every garden, well or doorway belongs to tourism.
