The experience
Legzira's surviving rock forms are approached through change: waves create, undercut and sometimes collapse the arches that made the coast famous. A guide begins with a tide and cliff-fall briefing, then follows only the currently safe public beach section. Historic photographs may explain former formations without suggesting they still exist. The activity rewards geology and visual attention, but prohibits sheltering beneath unstable overhangs or timing a walk from cached tide data. A shorter upper outlook serves travellers unable to take the beach.

Use current tide and local cliff guidance; rockfall, swell and access stairs can cancel the beach section.
