Bahia Palace - decoration of the door main court
Story
Bahia Palace brings together tiled courtyards, gardens and decorated rooms in Marrakech’s medina.
The palace developed during the nineteenth century and was enlarged by the grand vizier Ba Ahmed. Look closely at the zellige tilework, carved plaster and painted cedar ceilings: the interest lies in the craftsmanship as much as the rooms themselves.
