” Their themed paths assemble plant forms, water, bridges and garden references from different parts of the world, creating a historical collection of how exoticism and acclimatization were staged near Rabat. The site works for families, botanists and photographers, but each reads it differently: plant adaptation, designed sequence or changing light under dense foliage. Pairing Bouknadel with the nearby A5 or rail corridor makes it a practical half-day, while Sidi Boughaba remains a separate ecological subject.

Kaak Rbati is Rabat’s almond-centered interpretation of the kaak family. Culinary references distinguish it from dry anise rings by its almond-paste component, which can appear as a filling or define the biscuit’s richer texture. A careful maker balances ground almond, sugar and floral or citrus perfume against a thin wheat shell, then shapes a ring or another attributed Rabati form and bakes it without drying the center.
