Verhaal
Ajdir is een klein stadje aan de middellandsezeekust vlak bij Al Hoceima, en het draagt een gewicht groter dan zijn omvang: het is de geboorteplaats van Abdelkrim el-Khattabi, de Rif-leider die in de jaren '20 de Spaanse en Franse legers op afstand hield, en een symbolisch hart van de Rif-identiteit. De stad ligt tussen zee en bergen, en het leven draait om visserij, kleine handel en de trots van de plaats. De stranden van het nationaal park strekken zich vlakbij uit, hun baaitjes minder vol dan die van Al Hoceima.
