Rabat's National Museum of Photography gives the Atlantic edge a cultural destination that is not another palace or gate. Housed in the former coastal Fort Hervé, also known as Fort Rottembourg, it places changing photographic work inside military architecture near the ocean. That collision—image, defensive masonry and sea light—is the distinctive reason to go. This activity uses the National Museum of Photography as a starting vocabulary, then tests composition against the fort's Atlantic surroundings. Inside, participants discuss how a current exhibition frames subject, sequence and authorship; outside, they work with horizon, defensive geometry, salt haze and moving coastal light from safe public ground. It is a critique walk, not a promise of golden-hour weather or rooftop access.
