About the event
Jidar turns Rabat into an open-air studio through commissioned murals, artist encounters and a collective wall program. The useful itinerary is not a fixed mural checklist: walls change, works weather and new editions alter the road. Travelers should begin with the organizer’s current map, combine two or three public works by neighborhood and leave time for any announced talks or live painting.

This educational activity starts with objects, not ruins. At the Museum of History and Civilizations, participants choose a small number of materials—bronze, ceramic, marble, coin or inscription—and record what each can and cannot reveal. A second, separately ticketed Chellah visit then asks how excavated fragments, architecture and landscape change the interpretation.

A careful maker balances ground almond, sugar and floral or citrus perfume against a thin wheat shell, then shapes a ring or another attributed Rabati form and bakes it without drying the center.
